How to use Splitido
Six things that make splitting costs easier.
Invite people with a code or QR
In a flat or trip open “Invite” and show the QR code or send the code. Anyone without the app can be added as a guest.
Add an expense in seconds
Enter the amount and a description. Under “Who’s in” untick anyone who isn’t part of it, and add a second payer if needed. The shortcut on your home screen goes straight to the form.
Settle up in two steps
Under “Settle up” the payer taps “Paid” and the receiver confirms it. Only then does the debt shrink. Use the share button to send a summary to your group chat.
Shared shopping list
In a flat open “Shopping”. Everyone adds what’s missing and whoever buys it ticks it off. Everybody sees changes right away.
End your trip
When the trip is over, the owner ends it under “Invite”. Expenses lock while settling up keeps working. It can be reopened any time.
Install the app
On the home screen tap “Install”, or in your browser choose “Add to home screen”. The icon shows how many payments are waiting for you.
Quick split for one night out
On the home screen open “Quick split”. Add the names of the people at the table, photograph the receipt or enter the items by hand, and everyone ticks what they had. Nobody needs to have Splitido. Free once a month, unlimited with Splitido Pro.
